Adrien Wettach, aka Grock, has been one of the most important clowns in the history of the 1900s: a true star of the circus world. And it was in Imperia that Grock decided to build the villa to spend his old age, surrounded by fantastic and wonderful rooms and a unique park that reflected at least in part the bizarre he lived in his working life. After years of neglect, the villa has finally come back to life and now it also houses the Clown Museum.
