We are lucky enough to have one of the most important cocktail bars in Liguria located not far from the Relais, in Imperia: it is the Monkey’s bar, in the old port of Oneglia. Their bar is among the richest in Italy and consists of about 800 bottles. Thanks to this, with their collaboration we can take you to discover the world of cocktails through specific courses on gin, rum or agave, or with a mini-workshop on the secrets of the most famous Italian cocktails. The courses can be organized in the hotel (courses on gin, rum and agave) or at the bar.
Prices starting from € 50.00 for about 2 hours (minimum 5 people – maximum 8 people).
