I have sent an email but I have not received a response.

We reply to all emails in good time. Unfortunately however, the ever-increasing spam phenomenon can cause some messages to be lost when they are deleted by email filters. For this reason, if you have not received a response within 12 hours, we would kindly ask you to contact us again.

I am unable to complete an online booking.

When there is very limited room availability, we close the online bookings related to these particular periods, in order to avoid the unpleasant scenario of overbooking. Therefore we advise you to contact us by phone to check whether there are in fact some rooms still available.

I have an intolerance to some foods that I cannot eat.

In cases of food intolerances, we always try, wherever possible, to satisfy the requests of our guests.

I have mobility problems.

Although we are located in old buildings, we have prepared 2 rooms and paths that allow disabled guests to stay here too. Inform us when you book.

I would like to bring my four-legged friend.

Small animals are allowed in the hotel. In the communal areas you just need to keep them on a leash. We ask only that you let us know in advance.

What time may I check-in and check-out?

Check-in can be made from 3 p.m. to 21,00-21,30 ( depending on season). For check in in different timing please inform when you book to organize at the best Check-out should be completed by midday. Late check-out free of charge is possible, according to the availability of rooms in the hotel.

What languages are spoken at reception?

We speak Italian, English, German and a bit of French.

Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, we accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards.

I prefer not to enter my credit card number, is there another way that I can book?

Is it possible to cancel my booking?

Yes, it is possible to cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. In cases of cancellation after this deadline, or if you do not arrive, you will debited for the cost of a single night ( within 48 hours) or the entire stay.

Are prices per room or per person?

All prices are per room, per night. As the number of people may vary for each room booked, or for other unexpected bookings, they may incur a surcharge.

What happens when I make a booking?

The page appears, including the Booking Code, which you should print out and keep. The successful the booking is guaranteed when you receive a confirmation email. In the instance where you do not receive the confirmation email shortly after completing the booking, contact the hotel directly.

What happens if I arrive late at the hotel?

Each booking, when guaranteed by a credit card, is always held for the first night booked. The first night will often be debited to the credit card in the case of guests not arriving or arriving late without prior notice within the cancellation period.

Are taxes included?

Unless indicated otherwise, taxes (VAT and service) are always included in the quoted price.

Do I have to pay online?

No. You will not be asked for any payment in advance. Booking is guaranteed by credit card, which will only be debited in cases of non-arrival or of modifications/cancellation after the aforementioned deadline. Terms of the “Cancellation Policy” are clearly shown on the booking form and in the confirmation email that will be sent to you.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has parking inside in a garage (to book in advance – € 8,00 per day) and outside on the street (free of charge).
